Solve the grid, uncover the picture.
Nonogram Island is a nonogram puzzle game, also known as picross, picture cross or griddlers. The numbers beside each row and each column tell you which squares to fill. Fill them right and a hidden pixel picture appears, one square at a time.
The keeper is gone, the lighthouse has been dark ever since. Everything sank into the night: the quay, the workshop, the woods. Take over. Every grid you solve turns the lamp up a little further and the island uncovers itself.
WHAT IS IN THE GAME
• 1,005 nonogram puzzles, checked one by one, from 10x10 up to 25x25
• A daily puzzle every day, with a streak that keeps count
• Every picture you uncover joins your album, in its own colour
• Five hints to start with, three mistakes allowed on a grid
• Plays fully offline. No connection needed, anywhere
NO GUESSING, EVER
Every nonogram here is solved by pure logic, row by row and column by column. A test runs across the whole catalogue and throws out any grid that would need a coin flip. You never sit stuck for a reason you cannot see.
HOW IT WORKS
Each row and each column carries a run of numbers. A row marked 4 2 means four filled squares, at least one gap, then two more. Work out where they go, cross off the squares you know are empty and the picture builds itself.
A seven step tutorial walks you through a 5x5 grid. Easy opens on 10x10, then medium, hard and expert widen the board without ever making the logic harder.
THE ISLAND AND THE ALBUM
The 1,005 grids sit in 101 packs, each named after a place on the island: the workshop, the garden, the bandstand, the road. Every picture you uncover takes its place in the album, and the lighthouse lamp rises with the count. Nothing expires, nothing is timed. One game is saved at a time, so a grid you walk away from is exactly where you left it.
BUILT FOR CALM
No countdown, no clock running on your screen. No banner over the grid, no ad in the middle of a puzzle. Pinch to zoom on the big boards, drag to pan, tap to fill, hold to cross out. A directional pad is there if you would rather aim square by square.
Pick a daily reminder at the hour that suits you, or none at all. Sound and vibration both switch off.
If you like picross, picture cross, logic puzzles, sudoku or minesweeper, Nonogram Island reads familiar on the first grid.
