About this app

BiClean is a mobile app for ordering cleaning services.

The app allows users to place an order for cleaning an apartment, private home, or office, select additional services, specify the room parameters, cleaning date and time, and pay for the order.

Key app features:

• Cleaning service catalog — view available services and information about what each service includes.

• Cleaning order — select the room type, area, number of rooms, and cleaning start date and time.

• Additional services — add additional services, such as window washing, and specify their quantity.

• Cost calculation — the order cost is automatically recalculated based on the room area and the additional services selected.

• Order placement — specify the address, house or apartment number, floor, entrance, and an additional comment.

• Saved addresses — save the address and use it for future orders.

• Payment — select a linked bank card and pay for the completed order.

• Bookings — View all current and completed orders with information about the service, date, time, address, and status.

• Order Statuses — View order statuses, including accepted orders, ongoing cleanings, and completed cleanings.

• Order History — View previously placed orders, their details, costs, and addresses.

• User Profile — Manage personal information, phone number, and linked bank cards.

• Notifications — Receive notifications about order acceptance, cleaning start, and cleaning completion.

• Settings — Manage push notifications and the app language.

• Support — Contact customer support via Telegram and WhatsApp.

• Promotions — The app supports a customer rewards system and offers discounts for completing a certain number of orders.

BiClean is designed for clients of cleaning companies. Orders are processed by full-time employees, and services, rates, orders, schedules, and promotions are managed through the admin panel.
