goEasy is a safe, reliable tech-enabled transportation for kids ages 5 and up.

With goEasy, you can easily schedule rides for your children in advance. Whether it's school, activities, or after-school programs, goEasy is your trusted partner in getting your children where they need to be, safely and on time.

The safety of your children is our topmost priority
At goEasy, rides are provided only by established, licensed, and accredited transportation companies or by individual drivers who meet our mandatory safety standards, including a rigorous 16-point verification process, background checks, and credentialing requirements. We are highly selective about who we bring onto the goEasy platform.

Our drivers might be parents, grandparents, household managers, hospital nurses, language interpreters, or others working multiple jobs, all united by one thing: a genuine passion for helping families. These are people who love hearing kids’ stories (and sharing their own) while on the drive.
With goEasy, you get live tracking, real-time notifications, and the ability to monitor your child’s journey from pickup to drop-off, giving you full peace of mind every step of the way.

Easily set up one-time or recurring rides for your child
Parents and guardians can easily book one-time or recurring rides (up to 3 months) with goEasy, featuring transparent pricing shown upfront and no extra charges for traffic delays. You can add special notes for the rider, the ride itself, or the pickup/drop-off location, and select your preferred pickup/drop-off type (curbside, car line, or in-office).

Once your ride is confirmed, you’ll receive full driver and vehicle information in advance, and you’ll also be able to track the ride live via the app. From pickup to drop-off, you’ll get real-time updates and ride-status notifications, so you always know where your child is and when they’ll arrive.

Discounts available through Schools, Activity Providers, and Employers
Discounts are available through our school, activity-provider, or employer partnerships (such as Passport Prime). The discount is applied automatically when you submit a ride request. If it doesn’t appear, just email us at [e-mail], and we’ll make sure you get the correct rate before your ride.

Driver Vetting Process: What It Takes to Drive for goEasy
To ensure the safety and trust of every ride, goEasy only approves drivers who meet our comprehensive vetting and qualification requirements. Before a driver (and their vehicle) is accepted onto our platform, they must pass the following:

1. Be at least 23 years old.
2. Pass a full criminal background check — including county, state, and national records, global watchlists, and sex-offender registries.
3. Pass drug and alcohol testing.
4. Hold a valid driver’s license.
5. Have a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
6. Demonstrate at least 2 years of caregiving experience (e.g., parenting, babysitting, nursing, childcare) so they understand child-specific care and safety.
7. Pass a motor-vehicle record check to verify a clean driving history.
8. Own a vehicle that is no more than 10 years old.
9. Provide proof of vehicle registration.
10. Provide proof of vehicle insurance that meets or exceeds state requirements.
11. Pass a vehicle inspection by an approved mechanic, ensuring the car is safe and maintained.
12. Complete goEasy-provided training in child-handling protocols and pass a certification exam, so the driver is prepared to transport children safely and responsibly.
13. Certify that they are physically and mentally fit to transport children.
14. Complete training on child-trafficking awareness and prevention, to ensure guardians’ trust and children’s safety.
15. Pass the full goEasy driver-evaluation process (review of all documents, history, training, and standards).
16. Install a dashcam in the vehicle, so rides are recorded for safety and accountability.
