About this app

Klok is the time tracking app for staff at educational institutions. Clock in and out in seconds and manage your workday from your mobile device.

Your account is created by your institution; simply log in with your email address, password, or one-time code, and start clocking in and out.

What you can do:

- Clock in, clock out, and take breaks with a single tap.

- View today's work schedule and hours worked compared to the planned hours for the month and year.

- Check your vacation balance and available days.

- Request vacation, leave, and other absences, attaching supporting documentation when necessary.

- Request a correction for a day if a clock-in/out record is incorrect.

- View your overnight stays and their calculation.

- Receive instant notifications of your requests.

If your institution activates it, the clock-in/out system can verify your presence at the school using your location. This verification is done immediately and your GPS position is not saved.

Klok is part of your center's time tracking system. You need an account provided by your organization to use the application.
