About this app

The KVB-App provides time tables, trip planning, navigation as well as a ticket shop for busses and trains in the area of Cologne and around.

Beside the trip planner and discruption information you are able to get live data for your station. The KVB-App offers all information about KVB-Rad, Car-Sharing and Taxi-Ruf in Cologne.

You can register yourself an account, localize vehicles and bicycles and you are able to book a bicycle/care directly.

- Save station and ticket favorites and change their names individually
- Purchase tickets (also anonymous)

- Information about disruptions
- KVB-Rad (Bicylce search, prices, registration and booking)
- Taxi-Ruf Cologne (Show places where you can get a taxi and booking within the KVB-App)
- Car-Sharing (Vehicle location, registration and booking)

The KVB-App will be updated and enhanced with new features and functions frequently.

Visiting Koln on holiday. Arrived at Koln hbf having purchased three tickets in advance. All showed up in my tickets. I kept an eye on the first ticket to make sure it became valid at the time of my trip. The time arrived and instead of becoming valid all 3 tickets just disappeared! Used a ticket machine instead, but later I discovered the problem. It had simply logged me out without warning. Once I signed in again the last 2 tickets reappeared. Not great if it logs you out during ticket check.

DO NOT BUY TICKETS HERE - Half a year ago the KVB started charging twice the money off my banking account for my DE-Ticket. Which i had to manually get back. - The app loggs yourself off after a few weeks. - In the !same account! I can see my still valid ticket and my order history on my old device but not when im on my new phone. It says my profile is blank on my new device. On the same account. - The performance of the app itself is also very poor and stuttery. I am very disappointed.

What a weirdly horrible and unfriendly app. I want to see where trams near to be go but it seems determined not to reveal this. Use Google Maps instead.
