About this app

SH-BMS is an integrated control platform that monitors building and facility equipment in real time.

It collects the status of key equipment, such as water levels, fires, and pumps, via IoT sensors and displays it on a single screen.

If an anomaly is detected, it immediately notifies you via push notifications and SMS.

Check the location and status of registered facilities at a glance on the map. Normal, water level abnormalities, fires, pump malfunctions, and communication failures are color-coded to quickly identify facilities requiring response.

▶ Device Status

Displays the latest status of IoT devices for each facility in real time. It precisely monitors water levels (6 channels), fires (4 channels), pump control, power, operation status, and cumulative operating time.

▶ Event History

View event reports and periodic report history from equipment in chronological order to utilize for cause analysis and inspection.

▶ Notification History

Check all sent notifications in one place. Do not miss important events such as low or full water levels, fires, pump malfunctions, or communication failures.

▶ Real-time Notifications (Push + SMS)

Immediate notifications are sent via app push and SMS when equipment anomalies are detected. You can be the first to recognize and respond to emergencies, even when you are not on-site.
