Have you ever experienced budget phone plans where the price is low for a few months before rising?

LifetimeRate.com collects only plans that carriers have explicitly stated are "lifetime discounts" or plans with no discounts at all, based on a fixed price. We do not include plans with fixed-term discounts that increase after a few months in our list. We only show plans where the current price remains the same until cancellation.

■ Where are these values ​​sourced?

We personally check the official websites of 37 budget phone carriers four times a day to retrieve the data. We display the exact text provided by the carriers, including rates, data usage, speed after depletion, call and text allowances, tethering, and even SIM card fees. We do not alter the wording or summarize the information.

■ We do not alter the order for advertising purposes

The plan list is sorted solely by the lowest monthly fee. We are not affiliated with any carrier, and we do not accept payment to rank our listings higher.

Budget phones lease these three networks directly. Since the networks are the same, call quality and coverage areas are identical.

■ Three Notifications (No login required)

· Discount End Notification — If you select the end date of your current discounted rate plan, we will notify you 7 days in advance, 3 days in advance, or at 10:00 AM on the day of the end. This gives you time to switch before rates increase.

· Saved Rate Price Drop Notification — We will notify you if a rate plan you have saved becomes cheaper.

· Lowest Price Notification — We will notify you if a cheaper rate plan becomes available under the enabled conditions.

Notifications are not sent at night (9 PM to 9 AM).

■ No Login or Sign-up

We do not ask for your name or phone number. Your saved list and notification settings are stored only on this device and are not sent to a server. Our server does not know who viewed what.

■ Sign up directly with the carrier

This app merely displays rates and conditions. It does not act as an intermediary or agent for signing up. Clicking on a rate plan you like will take you to the carrier's official website. The final price and conditions are based on the carrier's sign-up screen.
