About this app

This is a material management app used on the factory floor. Even in areas with weak signal, you can record incoming, production, and inventory on your mobile phone first, and once connected, synchronize with other mobile phones in the same factory.

This app is suitable for:

• Factories that previously managed materials, unit items, and monthly performance using Excel

• Material and production managers who want to quickly input incoming goods and the previous day's production in the morning

• Supervisors who want to view safety stock, monthly plans, and production by date

Materials
• Material number, item name, unit, unit price, safety stock, lead time

• Incoming, outgoing, disposal, inventory check adjustments

• Current inventory = Starting inventory + Incoming - Production input - Outgoing - Disposal + Adjustment

• Search by name, number, or barcode

Unit Production

• Input materials (BOM) and US for each unit

• Material input is automatically calculated when daily production performance is entered

• This month's production plan is entered separately on the production screen. The monthly plan for finished goods is displayed for reference only

Barcode

• Automatic mode reads immediately when centered

• Manual mode reads only that specific barcode after aligning with the crosshairs and pressing the screen Used when barcodes are attached, like in a codebook.

Finished Products
• Group individual items to form a finished product.
• Monthly plan and finished product performance by date.
• When finished product performance is entered, the inventory of the constituent individual items is removed. Materials are removed from the individual item production performance.

Performance and Closing
• Sales amount, material usage amount, incoming amount, input ratio.
• Clicking a date on the calendar displays the individual items, finished products, and quantities produced that day.
• Performance is locked after monthly closing; current inventory is transferred to the starting inventory for the next month.
• Inventory count differences are reflected after approval by the manager.

Authority
• Entry is the factory password.
• Modifications to materials, individual items, and finished products can be made after entering the administrator password. The manager may grant modification authority to the person in charge.
• Only the manager approves monthly closing and inventory counts.

Backup and Synchronization
• Data remains on this phone even without an internet connection.
• Connecting to the server synchronizes with other phones in the same factory.
• JSON backups can be copied to other devices or PCs.

There is an advertising banner at the bottom of the screen. The camera is used for barcodes. Location and contact information are not used.
