There are no complex options for days or cycles. True habits are built through simple, daily repetition. To help you fill your day with real habits, we’ve set some rather rigorous rules.

■ Unshakable Standard
We use only Network Time, not device time. It’s our first promise to keep your records honest and true.

■ Focus on Today
Habits are made today. You can’t rewrite yesterday, and you can’t borrow from tomorrow. We block all shortcuts so you can focus only on today’s action.

■ The 21-Day Pledge
We’ll walk with you through the 21-day journey—the golden window for a habit to take root. To help you finish, the system performs a strict check every midnight.

■ No Room for Excuses
It doesn’t matter how well you’ve done; if you miss three days in a row, the habit ends right there. You’re welcome back anytime once you've found your spark again.

■ Honest Report Card
Your evaluation begins at midnight on Day 2. If your cumulative success rate drops below 50%, the habit is marked as a ‘Failure’ immediately.

■ No False Hope
We don’t want to give you false hope. If it’s mathematically impossible to reach 50% by the end, we’ll end the challenge right away.

■ Ghost Habit Purge
If there’s no record within the first 48 hours, we’ll consider the spark gone and close the habit automatically.

■ Glorious Completion
Only habits that survive every harsh test for 21 days earn the title of ‘Success.’ Every midnight we settle the score, and on the very last day, your challenge is finally recognized as a true habit.
