This is a lifestyle app for Celip residents.

You can access contracts, payments, common facilities, announcements, and neighbor gatherings all in one place.

Only Celip residents or affiliates can use this app.

■ My Contract and Payments

- Check unit number, contract period, and security deposit/monthly rent information.

- View payment schedules and history to ensure you don't miss any overdue payments.

- Download your electronic contract whenever needed.

■ Moving-in Preparation

- Record the condition of your unit with photos using the move-in checklist.

- If you complete the inspection before moving-in day, you can use the facilities and community areas immediately.

■ Common Facilities and Living Guide

- Reserve common facilities such as the lounge and manage your reservations.

- View branch-specific living guides regarding access cards, recycling, parking, etc.

- Check exclusive partnership benefits for residents.

- View branch announcements and upcoming schedules directly on the home page.

■ Communicating with Neighbors

- Create or participate in meetups with residents from the same branch via "Neighbor Meetups."

- Share and trade items through "Sharing" and "Second-hand."

- In the community section, only your nickname is displayed; your real name is not visible to other residents.

■ Inquiries and Notifications

- Submit complaints via the app and check their progress.

- Contact the operations team directly via 1:1 Inquiry.

- Reservations, payments, announcements, meetups You can receive updates via push notifications.

The Celip app is a service for residents who have signed a lease agreement.

If you do not have a contract or are not verified, you may not be able to use some features.
