About this app

Sugeoman is an app in Busan that collects household waste and trash from your doorstep without face-to-face contact.

If you place trash bags at designated locations, such as in front of your door, collection is completed without you having to interact with the staff. If carrying trash downstairs is cumbersome or you have difficulty meeting disposal times, try leaving the trash disposal to Sugeoman.

■ Apply for Busan Contactless Trash Collection

Apply by entering the collection date, address, and disposal location, and specifying the estimated weight (optional).

If building entrance access information is required, you can provide it separately when applying.

You can select and attach multiple photos at once.

Please place the bags in front of your door by 11:59 PM the night before collection. ■ Collection in All 16 Districts and Counties of Busan

Waste collection is available in all 16 districts and counties of Busan: Gangseo-gu, Geumjeong-gu, Gijang-gun, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Dongnae-gu, Busanjin-gu, Buk-gu, Sasang-gu, Saha-gu, Seo-gu, Suyeong-gu, Yeonje-gu, Yeongdo-gu, Jung-gu, and Haeundae-gu. You can check collection availability immediately in the app by entering your address.

■ Waste Collection Fees by Weight

The service fee is 2,500 KRW, plus 150 KRW per 100g (minimum 5kg).

A staff member will weigh the waste after collection, and you can check the measured weight and confirmed amount on the collection results screen.

■ Check in the App

You can check your application history and collection progress, and receive notifications.

■ Benefits

· Free Call Fees for the First 2 Pickups — Upon signing up and completing mobile phone verification, you will receive two 2,500 KRW Call Fee coupons (one per number, valid for 90 days from the date of receipt).

· Lifetime Free Call Fees After 10 Pickups — Once you complete 10 pickups, you become a Premium member and receive free contactless pickup fees.

· Spin the Wheel for Every Pickup — One spin after every pickup; no losing spins, 100–5,000P.

· 500P for Reviews — One review per pickup.

· Invite a Friend — When a friend completes their first pickup, both you and your friend receive 5,000P (the inviter must have completed at least one pickup, and the friend must have their first pickup within 60 days of entering the code).

· Points can be used for pickup fees starting from 2,000P at a rate of 1P = 1 KRW.

■ On-site Consultation for Special Cleaning & Estate Cleanup in Busan

You can request an on-site consultation via the app for special cleaning services, such as cleaning hoarder houses and scenes of solitary deaths, as well as estate cleanup.

The schedule and fee will be determined after the consultation.
