Tap Flying - English Vocabulary Flying Adventure

Tap Flying is an English vocabulary learning game inspired by the popular game Flappy Bird. Going beyond simply dodging obstacles, it offers an enjoyable learning experience through a unique method where you earn points by answering English quizzes presented during flight.

🎮 How to Play

Tap the screen to fly the airplane upwards, and stop tapping to descend. You lose a life if you hit the ceiling or floor, so you must fly for as long as possible while avoiding sharp obstacles raining down from the sky.

During flight, the Korean meaning of the word is displayed on the chalkboard panel at the top of the screen. English word choices are written above the incoming clouds, and you earn points by hitting the correct cloud with your airplane. You must choose carefully, as selecting the wrong cloud reduces your life.

Step-by-Step Learning System

The game features a step-by-step learning system consisting of Levels (LV) and Steps (STEP). Each level has multiple Steps, and as you clear more Steps, more difficult words and faster game speeds are introduced. You can continue playing from where you left off or start fresh from the beginning.

Combo System

Answering questions correctly in succession builds a combo, allowing you to earn bonus points. The higher the combo, the greater the score you can earn, adding to the fun of challenging for a high score.

📖 Vocabulary List

You can view all the words learned in the game in the vocabulary list. You can sort words by level and step, and filter them by correct, incorrect, or unlearned status. You can review using a flashcard style where tapping a word card reveals the English word, and an error note feature is also provided to collect only the words you got wrong.

🏆 Ranking System

After signing up and logging in, you can register your highest score on the national ranking. In addition to the overall ranking, regional rankings where users in the same area compete, and school rankings where students from the same school compete, are also provided. Compare your scores with friends and classmates to boost your motivation to learn.

Game Over Statistics

Once the game ends, you can check the number of correct answers, incorrect answers, and maximum combo for that round. Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals are awarded based on your score. You can earn a Silver medal with 250 points or more, and a Gold medal with 500 points or more.

👤 Member Services

You can easily sign up via email or log in using your Google account. By entering your nickname, region, and school information upon sign-up, you can participate in the regional and school rankings. School information is searchable based on official data from the Ministry of Education's NEIS, allowing for accurate school selection. You can freely use the game play and vocabulary features even as a non-member.

Collected personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing ranking services and storing learning progress; it is not provided to third parties. You can immediately delete all data at any time by withdrawing your membership in the app settings.
