you can't change the language settings so it's hard to navigate when i don't understand where i'm going. you can collect stars 5 different ways on starpass, the old app for the show, but with starplay it's been reduced to 2 ways. i rarely ever get rewarded for completing missions on my phone, so the only way i can collect points is by watching ads which barely does anything. also i had over 1,000 votes saved on starpass only to have the app switched last second. go back to starpass please.

Why did you release an unfinished app? Extremely buggy, unresponsive, slow, frequent errors. For example, the app says I have 90 stars, but when I try to convert any of them, it says not enough stars...Huh? It also frequently says I've exceeded the number of ads per hour even after an entire day has passed, and I have to restart the app to view ads again. I also sometimes don't get the stars I earned from missions. This app is such a frustrating experience and needs to be pulled.

Update, can watch ads but do not receive tokens each time, will only receive tokens for 2 or 3 ads at best. Also keeps resetting the language to Korean whenever the app is closed instead of staying in English. Updates never seem to address these recurring issues. Please fix as this app is mandatory for SBS MTV 'The Show' pre-vote and live voting. This has been happening for over a month and a half and the tokens have never been reflected properly even after waiting up to 72hours
