Hello Ipju is a service created in November 2021 by three experts in construction, building materials, and remodeling who joined forces with the vision of "creating a service that provides high-quality construction with no after-sales service scams to consumers preparing for move-in or relocation."

The service launched on the web the following year, in August 2022. As of November 2024, 24 move-in construction items are currently in service for customers moving into new or older apartments in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon.

After researching, consulting with, meeting, and visiting construction sites of a total of over 4,000 teams nationwide, we narrowed down the pool to the current 200 teams, which we operate as construction partners. Our construction services offer a total of 24 options, comprising 8 home care items such as pre-inspection, move-in cleaning, grouting, nano-coating, elastic coating, sick building syndrome treatment, air conditioner cleaning, and moving services; 7 installation items including inter-floor noise reduction mats, induction cooktops, fine mesh insect screens, food waste disposers, wall-mounted TVs, sinks, and bathroom ventilation fans; and 9 partial interior items including system air conditioners, built-in wardrobes, refrigerator cabinet renovation, curtains/blinds, lighting, interior doors, interior film, and insulation film.

For each construction item, partners closest to your address are displayed, and you can compare detailed product pages and reviews for each partner. For interior items, we can provide customized installations tailored to your home and quotes accordingly; a unique advantage of the Hello Ipju service is that you can compare multiple partners before making a selection.
