- User Authentication Guide
The Hiplus app is only available to members who have completed user authentication.
- Members with anonymous prepaid Hipass cards can register and use their cards after user authentication. (Home > My Card > Register Card)

nfc doesn't work

앱 내 NFC 결제 기능에 불편함이 있으신 것으로 보입니다. 힙패스 카드에 금액이 충전되지 않았음에도 불구하고 "힙머니"에서 금액이 차감되는 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 환불 절차가 콜센터를 통해서만 가능하고 그 과정 또한 매우 지연되는 상황입니다. 이 앱은 사용 내역을 확인하는 데는 유용하지만, 카드 충전 목적으로 사용하실 계획이시라면 신중하게 고려해 주시기를 바랍니다.
