About this app

1. Service Introduction
E-Trans Driving is a mobile app that provides services for container cargo borrowers/drivers of E-Trans (integrated information management system related to transportation company import and export operations) provided by KL-NET.
It supports efficient carry-in and load-out work by linking most of the carry-in and load-out CYs (including container terminals) nationwide, and provides functions such as taking and sending seal photos, checking and re-transmitting Kopinos, etc. It allows information to be delivered easily without time and space constraints, and provides various functions to increase work efficiency.


2. Main Services and Provided Features
1) Send photos of container seals
- Container number photographing or handwriting input: Utilizing OCR technology, it provides a function to recognize and automatically input the container number of the photographed photo, and user handwriting input is also possible
- Container seal shooting: Provides the ability to upload a photo of a container seal that is being stored or taken immediately
- The container number and seal information processed as above is transmitted to Etrans (https://etrans.klnet.co.kr/) and can be checked on the website.

2) Kopino confirmation service
- When signing up as a member, it is possible to receive related KOPino information dispatched to the registered vehicle number, and to provide a function to retransmit it

3) Door to door delivery service
- Provides a report on the arrival time of the door (shipper factory) to the container transport box through the app

4) Receipt of dispatch / daily operation report
- You can check order details and COPINO information dispatched (order linkage) through TMS linked to this app
- Delivery route (GPS-based) and business status (operation report) information can be delivered regularly to the TMS of the transport company that sent the order

5) Terminal Departure Notice
- For smooth container terminal gate access, when you arrive near the terminal, you receive an e-Slip automatically and provide a service that allows you to pass directly to the terminal gate without stopping.

6) Issuance of electronic tax invoice (Mobile Logisville)
- Logisville membership registration and electronic tax invoice issuance linked support

7) Joint Certification Center
- Joint certificate import (PC → Smartphone), import (Smartphone → PC) and management functions for electronic tax invoice issuance


3. Membership registration
By installing the mobile app, you can use it immediately by agreeing to the terms and conditions and entering vehicle information.
Membership information (mobile phone number and license plate number information) is stored in E-trans and managed in accordance with E-trans personal (location) information handling policy.
The installation fee is free, but a monthly fee may be charged according to the service operation policy.
When using a mobile carrier's network, data charges charged by the carrier are incurred.

4. Guidance on information collection and provision
We collect the following information to provide necessary information for operation from shippers, shipping companies, or carriers who have requested container transportation.
Vehicle location information is provided from the point of app launch and GPS 'On' to GPS 'Off'. there is.
