■ Introduction to major services
The Bizix CMS app provides inquiry services such as payer status, account CMS withdrawal, card CMS withdrawal, payment history, non-payment history, consultation history, CMS inability status, and delinquent person status.

- Payer can be searched using various search conditions through filter function
- Confirm customer basic information and contract information
- You can contact the registered customer directly by phone, text, etc.

- Various histories of the relevant payer can be checked

* Account CMS withdrawal, card CMS withdrawal
- CMS withdrawal status by monthly withdrawal date can be checked at a glance
- Detailed status of withdrawal details can be checked

* Payment details
- Payment history can be checked for the selected date

* Consultation details
- You can check the details of consultation and processing with customers
- Can be checked by processing status

* Status of delinquents
- Through the filter function, you can check overdue payers under the desired conditions.

■ How to use
This app is a mobile app provided to users of KSoft Co., Ltd.'s CMS fund management system Bizix CMS service.

You can download it through your mobile carrier's 3G/LTE or wireless Internet (Wi-Fi). When using the service, data usage fees may be charged depending on the plan you subscribe to with your mobile carrier.
(However, when using via Wi-Fi, it may not be available in places where certain ports are restricted due to security policies.)

■ App access rights
In accordance with Article 22-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and Article 9-2 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, we inform you of the access rights required to provide services as follows.

- (Required) Cellular data: Network settings for communication with the server
- (Optional) Notification (PUSH): Permission required to receive notification messages
- (Optional) Photo: Permission required for profile setting function

KSOFT BizixCMS requests only minimal access rights to use the app smoothly.
In the case of optional access rights, you can use the service even if you do not agree, but there may be restrictions on the use of some services that require such access rights.
