Ratings and reviews

It's intentionally nonfunctional. Some big wig @ Lotte thought filtering out all internet traffic from outside Korea is smart. It's not. If you're IN KOREA roaming on KT with AT&T, T-Mobile, Google Fi etc you cannot load lottecinema.co.kr and thus the app also will not open. DO NOT BUY A TICKET if that url won't work for you. The cinema WiFi is bad and you won't be able to load your ticket. Also the app and site fail abroad so you cannot buy a friend a movie ticket, or for yourself after arrival

With the new update it totally wiped out my information and now I can't log in like I did before. Instead, I have to create a new f**king account. Does Lotte even care about customer experience?

Lotte cinema mobile app UI is a very powerful and user firendly well designed based in elaborately interactive function. It will help you to view details of personal information modification or payment details by theater. Moreover you can have very quick response from 1:1 questions. I'm sure it is much better than your expectations!
