Meritz Fire & Marine provides information on items necessary for service use and requests access rights in accordance with the Information and Communications Network Act.
If you do not agree, you may be restricted from using the app service.
1. Required access rights
- Phone Permissions: Make a call, check whether the device is a registered device
- Storage space permission: Download function for viewing attachments such as mail and payment, access to image data for uploading evidence
- Camera permission: Function for uploading photos, such as applying for proof
[What to do if the app installation/update fails]
1. If an error message appears
1) Run smartphone settings > Applications > Select 'Google Play Store'
2) Click the 'Delete Data' button in the 'Storage' menu
3) After turning off the power of the smartphone, restart it and proceed with the installation of 'Meritz Financial Group Portal'
2.If the standby state continues
1) Select your account on the main screen of 'Google Play Store'
2) Go to Update tab in My Apps/Games menu
3) 'Stop' all items waiting for update and proceed with installing 'Meritz Financial Group Portal'
3. If the message to update is continuously displayed
1) Run smartphone settings > Applications > Select 'Google Play Store'
2) Click the 'Delete Data' button in the 'Storage' menu
3) After turning off the power of the smartphone, restart it and proceed with the installation of 'Meritz Financial Group Portal'
