About this app

Now, when a customer who has booked an appraisal on HeyDealer calls, you can easily check their appraisal information immediately.

- This app is only available to HeyDealer appraisers.

- You cannot apply to become a HeyDealer appraiser through this app.

It detects the caller's phone number to verify appraisal information and displays the current appraisal.

▶ Access Permission Guide

These are the access permissions required to use HeyDealer Appraiser Call. Mandatory access permissions must be granted for the calling function. The app can still be used even if optional access permissions are not granted, but some features may be restricted.

[Mandatory Access Permissions]

- Phone Status: Identifies the caller

- Call History: Displays previous call history information

- Contacts: Displays names saved in contacts when receiving a call

- Notifications: Displays notifications for incoming calls, chats, etc.

- Exclude from Battery Optimization: A setting for stable caller ID operation

- Display over other apps: Displays vehicle information when receiving a call
