To issue Momile certificates to excellent volunteers at Gyeongsangbuk-do Volunteer Centers, promote discount franchise locations, and promote volunteer-related information at each city and county volunteer center.

In accordance with Article 15, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Gyeongsangbuk-do Volunteer Activities Support Ordinance for volunteers in the Gyeongsangbuk-do region, a volunteer card (mobile card) is issued to those with excellent volunteer work performance, and free admission when using discount affiliated stores in Gyeongsangbuk-do.

In order to provide incentives such as fee discounts, promote the locations of major facilities and discount stores to excellent volunteers, and promote volunteer-related information at volunteer centers in each city and county.
