About this app

You can use the App Card via the following methods.



- Monimo App: Home → ‘Pay’ at the top right

* Card registration, App Card online/offline payments, and simple payment registration are available via Monimo Pay.

※ Existing app users can use the service until June 27.

However, starting May 21, app membership registration will be suspended for users who delete and reinstall the app or install it anew.

※ The schedule is subject to change without notice due to company circumstances. Please check the announcements on the Samsung Card website for the latest updates.

[Important Notes]

- You can register an App Card only with a card in your own name (personal credit/corporate individual/debit card, etc.).

- The App Card can be used on only one mobile phone in your name with a USIM installed. However, it cannot be used on a mobile phone that has been modified by the user.

- We recommend updating your operating system and antivirus software to the latest versions to maintain device security. In addition, please avoid using wireless LANs (Wi-Fi) with unclear sources or without security settings, and use mobile networks (3G, LTE, 5G).

- Data charges may apply if you download apps or use services while connected to a mobile network (3G, LTE, 5G).

[App Access Permission Guide]

Please allow the following permissions for more convenient app usage.

- (Required) Phone: Identity verification, connecting to customer service calls

- (Optional) Location: Providing weather information

- (Optional) Notifications: Sending notification messages

- (Optional) NFC: Using mobile transportation cards

- (Optional) Camera: Scanning QR codes for payment, using Smart Fax, taking photos of ID cards

- (Optional) Photos & Videos: Using Smart Fax

- (Optional) Microphone: Using chatbot voice search

- (Optional) Biometric Information: Identity verification, login

※ You can still use the app for functions other than those specified, even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions.

※ Starting with Android 6.0, the system has been updated to allow you to distinguish between required and optional access permissions. Therefore, we recommend updating to version 6.0 or higher before use. After updating, you must delete and reinstall the app to reset access permissions.

※ Access permission settings can be changed via Settings > Applications > Samsung Card > Permissions on your mobile phone. However, the path may vary depending on the phone model.

※ To prevent voice phishing and electronic financial transaction fraud, we may collect and use risk information, such as malicious apps installed on your mobile device. ※ For faster and more convenient use of Digital ARS, please allow the 'Display over other apps' and 'Display full-screen notifications over lock screen' permissions.

[Call-related Screen Service Guide]

This app displays informational mobile content provided by the caller. To this end, we provide phone numbers and app notification information to the service provider, 'BridgeTech (Colgate Co., Ltd.)'.

- Provided Function: Call-related screen services (Digital ARS, etc.)

- Retention and Usage Period: Until the provider withdraws consent

- Refusal of Provision and Withdrawal of Consent

Ratings and reviews

It will be a great experience for many people like me, if there is a English language options also. I am not able to fully utilize the app, due to the language barrier. Do consider releasing an English version, and the same with the Monimo App.

So many errors when processing things. I was trying to get my personal card in addition to corporate card but gave up after over 5 times trials because it never goes after filling in my identity card info. And whenever I try to request an SMS service, it tells me it's out of service and asks me to contact the CS. Unbelievably poor app esp considering its brand.

The samsung app card is working weirdly after the latest update. Seems like the new update has bugs and needs quick review and improvements. The UI seems nice but not user friendly from my experience. And on desktop version I was logging in with the Pin number, now I have to do a QR scan everytime.
