At first I waa not able to access it but I sent an email to Pink Fong and they are very prompt in their response and eventually they are really able to resolved it.

subscription doesn't work. got the yearly and when I went to the app it showed that I never bought it. I put for a refund but doesn't look like I'll be getting it I will be calling my bank to get the charges deferred.

Horrible! 13 minutes to download on hi speed. Then it froze on the opening page
