- Phone: When setting up biometric authentication, access permission is required to access biometric information.
- Notification permission: Access to notification permission is required to notify train arrivals.

* You can use the app even if you do not agree to the optional access rights.
* The access rights of the SRT app correspond to Android 6.0 or higher and are divided into required and optional rights. If you are using a version lower than 6.0, selection rights cannot be granted individually, so we recommend checking whether the manufacturer of your terminal provides an operating system upgrade function and then updating to 6.0 or higher if possible.

very terrible since th switch over. foreigners with ARC cards are almost impossible to sign up. the station Layouts and presets make it impossible to find may stations. Just horrible rollout and terrible experiences in my opinion.

2026 and still garbage. good riddance to this company and platform. a business which must have had 100s of millions of dollars pumped into it failed because at no point in it's history did they bother making a stable or fully functional portal for reserving and paying for tickets. truly incredible.

pretty much no English option. granted, the ticket agents at pretty much every station all speak English, but what if I wanna purchase my ticket in advance? this should serve as an alternative to people who aren't comfortable speaking Korean, and/or wanna be able to purchase their tickets in advance. and you can't do that unless you translate every line of text thru Papago
