Don't use this app!! I found a room that I liked and thought I could afford. So I called the agency and offered the highest price that was shown on the app. But the agency said I need to increase my offer or else I can't get the room. Then what's the point of showing those prices if it's not possible!! Why didn't they show the higher prices that I need to offer?! What a bunch of scammers and liars!!

안녕하십니까, 회원님. 부동산 앱 다방입니다. 방을 찾는 과정에서 허위매물로 불편을 드린 점 정말 죄송합니다. 다방에서는 허위매물 전담팀이 수시로 매물을 살펴 허위매물을 필터링하고 있고, 사용자가 직접 허위매물을 신고 할 수 있도록 관련 제도를 마련하여 노력을 기울이고 있으나 아직 부족한 점이 있는 듯합니다. 허위매물을 통해 불편을 겪으셨다면 1899-6840으로 전화주시면 빠른 시일 내에 검수팀이 수정 조치 취하도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다.

Why is reporting a false listing so hard? After searching for a few minutes I saw several obviously fake listing. You need to actually verify the listing or make it easier to report. Naver real estate is way better

the app keeps crashing down. it's been more than a week of this, so I stopped using it and started using other housing apps :(
