Ratings and reviews

Slow, painstakingly slow. It crashes suddenly. Sometimes it doesn't let you buy rainbow starts, just doesn't work. In the end this up just ends up being just as unfair as many other's, they don't know how to detect for clone apps. Sometimes votes seem to freeze for no reason and apparently they are awarded to other groups. It's a headache we spend lots of time and effort given to an app yet it's so badly made it just feels like it works against you.

The interface is so bad and it's hard to log in. I had already sign in, but when I try to log in with Google and it only goes to sign in... Also, it loads so long. When I want to find my id, it's gives an answer but in Korean and when I tried to switch to English, it just goes to the main page. I hope you will correct it, because it's an important app, isn't it?

The APP and Customer Support are both a nightmare!!!! App constantly glitches and customer support doesn't respond. Tried to vote for a group and the app glitched and my stars went to the wrong group - opened a ticket to move the stars to the right group but no response. So disappointed in this app. Also voting is FOREVER!!!!! Just feels like a money grab. Why vote for TWENTY FOUR WEEKS. Literally 6 months - it's TERRIBLE.
