2. After payment, the reservation is confirmed once the other person acknowledges and accepts the request. If the request is rejected or the response deadline passes, a full refund will be automatically issued.
3. Once confirmed, a 1:1 chat will open. For cafe coffee chats, the other person will provide a location near their activity area, while for online coffee chats, a video link will open.
4. If the schedules do not match, you can coordinate via chat and request a time change. The coffee chat concludes once you confirm completion after meeting.

- The payment amount is not settled with the expert until the coffee chat is finished. If the request is rejected before acceptance or the response deadline passes, a full refund will be automatically issued. - When canceling a confirmed reservation, a full refund is provided if there are 48 hours or more remaining until the start time, and 50% if there are 24 hours or more but less than 48 hours remaining. No refund is provided if there are less than 24 hours remaining. However, reservations with less than 48 hours remaining until the start time will be fully refunded if made within one hour of payment and before the session begins.
- The chat is a space for proceeding with reservations. Sharing external contacts, soliciting private meetings, and sending offensive messages are restricted, and the operations team will review reports if they are filed.
- Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a penalty being recorded, and repeated violations may lead to restricted access.
