About this app

[Main Features]
When a call comes in, the member information registered in the pet chart is immediately displayed in a pop-up window, so you can check the customer's information right away.

[Use procedures]
To display the caller's member information when receiving a call, please follow the steps below.
1. First, update the ‘Pet Chart’ app to the latest version.
2. Please log in to the ‘Pet Chart’ app. (Automatic login required)
3. After running the ‘Pet Chart Call’ app, complete linking and permission settings with the pet chart.

[Access Permissions]
* Required permissions
-Phone: number/output of calls and caller identification
- Call log: Displays recent call count/outgoing record
- Contact information: number/output of calls and caller identification

* Selection permission (You can use the app even if you do not agree to the selection permission, but the function that displays the caller's member information may not work)
- Display on top of other apps: Display member information on the phone screen when receiving a call
- Turn off battery optimization: Exclude from battery saving apps so that caller information can be displayed even if the app is not running for a long time.

[Note]
-Pet Chart Call app supports only Android 9.0 or higher. Versions lower than 9.0 may not operate properly.
-Membership information for automatically logged in accounts is displayed in the Pet Chart, and the Pet Chart app must be installed for normal operation.
