[Main Function]
1. When a call comes in, the member information registered in VitaminCRM is displayed in a pop-up window, allowing you to immediately check the customer's information.
2. You can manage the blacklist number by registering unnecessary phone numbers in the blacklist.
[Usage Procedure]
To display the caller's member information when receiving a call, please follow the steps below.
1. First, update the 'VitaminCRM' app to the latest version.
2. Log in to the 'VitaminCRM' app. (Automatic login required)
3. After running the 'VitaminCall' app, complete the linkage and permission settings with VitaminCRM.
[Access Rights]
* Required Rights
- Phone: Calls received/incoming and caller identification
- Call History: Displays recent call records
- Contacts: Calls received/incoming and caller identification
* Optional Rights (You can still use the app without agreeing to optional rights, but the function that displays the caller's member information may not work)
- Display on top of other apps: Displays member information on the phone screen when receiving a call
- Turn off battery optimization: Excludes apps from battery saving targets so that caller information can be displayed even when the app is not running for a long time
[Note]
- The Vitamin Call app only supports Android 9.0 or higher. It may not work properly on versions lower than 9.0.
- Member information of accounts automatically logged in to Vitamin CRM is displayed, and the Vitamin CRM app must be installed for normal operation.
