About this app

Chadaejang is a parking enforcement app designed for apartment and multi-unit housing management offices.

When you point your phone camera at a license plate on-site, it immediately identifies whether the vehicle is registered or unregistered, and enforcement records are collected in the management office's web console. It organizes parking enforcement—previously done with paper ledgers and notebooks—with just a single phone.

■ How to Use It

1. The management office signs up for the web console (carboss-console.vercel.app) and uploads the Vehicle Log Excel file.

2. Install the Chadaejang app on the security office or patrol phones and enter the complex code issued by the console.

3. Point your camera at license plates while patrolling. Registered vehicles are displayed in green, and unregistered vehicles in red; the app also provides audio and voice notifications.

4. Enforcement records are automatically transmitted to the console. The management office can check at a glance when, which car, and how many times it was caught.

■ Key Features

· Real-time License Plate Recognition

All you have to do is point your camera. It reads the license plate displayed on the screen without you having to press the shutter button. For license plates that are difficult to read, double-tap the screen to take a high-precision shot for re-reading; if that still fails, you can manually enter the information.

· Immediate Determination of Registration/Non-registration
**Comparing with the vehicle register downloaded to your phone, the results are displayed in large font and color. For habitually unregistered vehicles, the cumulative number of violations is also displayed.

· Comparison Method Resistant to Misidentification
**Even if a single Korean character on the license plate is misread, the system compares it against the first and last four digits, reducing instances of incorrectly classifying a registered vehicle as unregistered. Since results from multiple frames are aggregated for confirmation, fleeting misidentifications are not recorded.

· Handling Dark Underground Parking Lots
**Supports automatic low-light correction and a flash.** It can be used for night patrols and in underground parking lots.

· Vehicle Register Management
**Import Excel or CSV files directly from the management office.** You can add vehicles directly within the app or search by building number, unit number, or license plate number. Since the register is stored on your phone, verification is possible even in underground areas where communication is cut off.

· Registration of Visiting Vehicles by Period
**Visiting vehicles are registered by setting a start and end date. Vehicles are automatically classified as unregistered once the designated period expires, so there is no need to manually delete past vehicles.

· Enforcement Records and Evidence
The result, time, unit number, and vehicle type are recorded. For unregistered vehicles, you can correct the number on the confirmation screen and save it; if necessary, you can also save a photo of the proof. Records can be exported as a CSV file.

· Multiple Field Phones
Phones can be distributed among the security offices. Since each phone uses a different linkage code, the remaining phones continue to function even if one is replaced or retrieved.

· Continued Operation Even Without Communication
The logbook remains on the phone, allowing for judgments and records to be processed offline. Once communication is restored, the accumulated records are uploaded to the console.

■ Management Office Web Console

This is the management screen used in conjunction with the app. It is accessed directly from a PC browser without the need for separate installation. · Vehicle Register Registration, Modification, and Excel Import/Export

· Vehicle Ownership Status by Household (1, 2, or 3 or more vehicles)

· View Enforcement Records, View Unregistered Vehicles Only, and Last 30 Days of History by Vehicle

· Manage Connected Field Phones and Issue Linkage Codes per Phone

■ User Guide

· You can use the app for free without a complex code for the first 7 days after installation.

· To continue using the service, sign up as an administrator on the web console and obtain a complex code. Select a rate plan on the console based on the number of field phones to be connected.

· This is an app for the management office's administrative use. It is not intended for personal vehicle lookup or general users.

■ Required Permissions

· Camera — Used for license plate recognition.

· Notifications (Optional) — Used to provide synchronization result notifications.

· Photos/Media (Optional) — Used to import Vehicle Register Excel/CSV files and to save proof photos for unregistered vehicles.

■ Personal Information

· Photos of registered vehicles are not saved. Photos of unregistered vehicles remain on the phone only after the record is transmitted to the console and are automatically deleted after the retention period expires. · The items collected and used, as well as the retention period, are listed in the Privacy Policy.
