- Mobile Service for Electronic Real Estate Transaction Contracts (Licensed Real Estate Agents, Contract Holders) -

This service is a mobile version of the Real Estate Transaction Electronic Contract System (http://irts.molit.go.kr).

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Electronic Real Estate Transaction System began pilot operations in April 2016 and is currently available nationwide.

This service allows users to view and modify electronic sales and lease contracts created within the system. It also supports the electronic conclusion of real estate contracts through features such as contract holder identity verification, ID card photo capture, and electronic signatures.

Licensed real estate agents can use the service after logging in with their registered membership information (ID/password, accredited certificate), while contract holders can use it after logging in via mobile phone identity verification. [Key Features]

- (Contract Inquiry) Function to view electronic contracts including sales and lease electronic contracts, Confirmation of Brokerage Objects, ID photos, and insurance certificates.

- (Mobile Phone Identity Verification) Mobile phone identity verification function to confirm the contract holder's identity.

- (Licensed Real Estate Agent Verification) Function to verify the real estate agent's identity by providing a photo.

- (ID Card Photo) Function to photograph the contract holder's ID card and include it in the electronic contract.

- (Fingerprint Signature) Inclusion of the contract holder's fingerprint information in the electronic contract to prevent future denial of contract conclusion (separate external device required).

- (Electronic Signature) Function to conclude a contract through handwritten electronic signatures and certified electronic signatures on the electronic contract.

■ Notice on App Access Permissions

In accordance with Article 22-2 (Consent to Access Permissions) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., and the Enforcement Decree thereof, we hereby inform you of the access permissions required to provide the real estate transaction electronic contract service as follows.

■ Notice on Optional Access Permissions

• Phone: Access permission for mobile phone status and device information, used for making calls to real estate agents, etc.

• Camera: Access permission for the photo-taking function, used when registering a photo of an ID card.

• Photos & Videos: Access permission for ID card photos, used when accessing ID card photos.

• Location: Access permission for device location information, used to find your current location.

• Notifications: Used to receive notifications via Push Notifications regarding the service, mobile antivirus status, etc.

※ You can still use the Real Estate Transaction Electronic Contract Service even if you do not agree to allow optional access permissions; however, the use of some functions may be restricted. You can change these settings in the [Smartphone Settings > Applications > Real Estate Transaction Electronic Contract > Permissions] menu.

※ Starting with version 3.3.4, installation and use are only available on Android 11 or higher.
