About this app
It is an app service to safely protect Cheonan citizens from crimes and accidents by using location information and surrounding CCTV video information in an emergency situation.
-Safe home service function-
1. Safe return service from home roads and areas vulnerable to crime
2. In case of an emergency, emergency report from the app
3. In case of an emergency report, the location of nearby CCTVs is tracked in connection with the CCTV integrated control center.
4. The control center identifies an emergency situation and provides a service so that police officers can be quickly disseminated and dispatched.
-Notice-
1. Safe Home Service cannot receive normal control services outside of Asan City.
2. After an emergency report, there may be some delays in expedited processing due to operational circumstances of the control center.
3. Location information may be displayed incorrectly in underground, indoor and building-dense areas, and this may result in inaccurate service.
4. Among the products officially sold through domestic carriers, Android OS 7.0, iPhone IOS 9.0 and above operate stably, and there may be restrictions on installation and use in versions below.
5. When using the emergency report shake function, you can reduce the number of false reports caused by “routine shake” by setting the appropriate number and intensity in the configuration menu.
-When testing the number and strength of shaking, turn on “Test” in the upper right corner and test. If the “test” is not turned on, an emergency report will be made and the police will be dispatched.
6 Depending on the smartphone specifications, some functions may not be supported. (Emergency report shake, flash function, etc.)
7. The Safe Home service is used in a risk-predicted area, and runs in the background after running the app, which consumes a lot of battery. If you do not use it, please close the app completely.
8. Data charges are incurred when emergency data transmission is set to video or photo. If you do not want to use the settings button on the top left, please change it to use and not use.
