[Service Details]
The Mobile Internet Registry Office allows you to conveniently access the key services provided on the Supreme Court Internet Registry Office website, even from your smartphone.
The "Real Estate View/Transfer" and "Corporation View/Transfer" menus allow you to quickly view and issue registration records through search and electronic payment.
The "Issuance Confirmation" menu allows you to confirm the issuance of a registration certificate.
The "Real Estate Registration Application" and "Corporation Registration Application" menus allow you to quickly and conveniently apply for registration online from anywhere, without having to visit the registry office.
The "Electronic Application Approval" menu allows you to electronically sign the "Application Confirmation and Attached Documents" for real estate and corporate registration applications.
The "Registration Application Case Processing Status" and "Application Case Management" menus allow you to check the current processing status of your application. The "Mobile OTP Issuance" menu allows you to issue/reissue a mobile OTP as a secondary authentication medium for your electronic certificate.
The "Authentication Center" allows you to copy a joint certificate from your PC to your mobile device, or vice versa.
Other menus provide access to registry office/automatic issuance machines, registration information, and announcements.

[Detailed Description of Main Menus]
1. Real Estate Viewing/Transfer
- Search for Viewing/Issuing Items: You can search for viewing/issuing items using simple search, location number, street address, or unique number.
- Electronic Payment: Payments can be made via credit card, mobile phone, prepaid electronic payment, or simple payment.
- View Registration Certificate: You can view the registration certificate for the property you paid for.
- Reservation for Unmanned Issuance: You can reserve a registration certificate for the property you paid for at an unmanned issuance machine. - Electronic Issuance (Government24 Electronic Document Wallet): You can electronically issue a registration certificate for a paid property.
- Unviewed/Unissued: You can check the list of documents not yet viewed or issued after payment and request a review/issue within three months.
- Re-view: You can review and view a list of documents eligible for re-viewing that have been viewed within one hour of the initial review.
- Real Estate Information Summary: You can view summarized real estate information for the property you're viewing.
- Confirmation Date: You can search and view the status of confirmation dates assigned to properties.

2. Corporation View/Send
- Search for View/Issue: You can search for a property you're viewing/issuing by entering the company name, registration number, registration number, or Roman numerals.
- Electronic Payment: Payment can be made via credit card, mobile phone, prepaid electronic payment method, or simple payment.
- View Registration Certificate: You can view the registration certificate for the corporation for which you paid. - Unmanned Issuance Reservation: You can reserve a registration certificate for a corporation for which payment has been made at an unmanned issuance machine.
- Electronic Issuance (Government24 Electronic Document Wallet): You can electronically issue a registration certificate for a corporation for which payment has been made.
- Unviewed/Unissued: You can check the list of documents that have not been viewed or issued after payment and request for viewing/issuance within three months.

3. Issuance Confirmation
- You can confirm the issuance status by entering the issuance confirmation number for real estate, corporation, movable property security, and other registration certificates.

4. Real Estate Registration Application
- Fill out/Submit Application: Enter the real estate description, registration obligor information, registration rights holder information, and applicant information, and then submit the application. - Application/Withdrawal Approval: You can approve all attached documents, such as electronic power of attorney, in bulk, or select and approve a withdrawal form.
- Application Processing History: You can view the details of your registration application.
- Receiving Registration Information: You can retrieve registration information by searching for your name and registration number (resident or corporation).

6. Corporate Registration Application
- Application Preparation/Submission: Enter the registration type, applicant corporation, registration details, registration tax/fees, attached documents, and applicant information, then submit the application.
- Application/Withdrawal Approval: You can approve all attached documents, such as electronic power of attorney, in bulk, or select and approve a withdrawal form.
- Application Processing History: You can view the details of your registration application.

6. Electronic Application Approval
- When applying for real estate or corporate registration electronically, you can review the application details, including attached documents, and electronically sign with a joint certificate, financial certificate, or electronic certificate.

7. Registration Application Processing Status
- Real Estate Registration: You can search for the current status of a given application by entering the address, street name, and application number.
- Corporate Registration: You can search for the current status of a given application by entering the company name, registration number, Roman numerals, and application number.

8. Application Processing Management
- You can view the current status of all real estate and corporate registration electronic standard form applications you submitted.

9. Mobile OTP Issuance
- Issuance: Enter your access number, name, and resident registration number, then authenticate with your mobile phone to receive a mobile OTP.
- Reissue: You can reissue an already issued mobile OTP.

10. Authentication Center
- You can copy a joint certificate between your smartphone and PC.

Files and Media: Used for scanning and uploading attachments for real estate/corporation electronic applications.

Camera: Used for scanning and uploading attachments for real estate/corporation electronic applications.

Phone: Used for automatically entering your device's mobile phone number when making mobile payments and for calling the User Support Center.

* You can still use the Internet Registry Office app's main services (such as viewing registration records and checking application status) even if you do not agree to the optional access permissions. However, some features that require permissions may be restricted.

* You can also configure these permissions in Settings > Applications > Internet Registry Office > Permissions.
