I'm trying to enter my information, but keep getting an error message when I save that my passport number is not valid. I've checked numerous times and I have entered it correctly. My passport doesn't expire until 2033. Pretty frustrating so I can't even use the app.

Korean Air sent me an email telling me about custom declaration app. I tried both, web and mobile app, but I kept getting a message saying the passport number I entered is incorrect; even though, that's the number I entered when applying for K-ETA and I got approved. There's no instruction on how to enter the data.
