In the event of an emergency or disaster at the apartment complex, the manager uses a disaster alert template to simultaneously notify residents of the emergency through multiple channels, including text messages, ARS, and mobile apps. This provides a residential safety service that automatically forwards messages to those who did not receive them. In addition, general notification services for residents are also provided.
