The tablet at your parents' home becomes a photo frame that family
photos arrive on. Children and grandchildren simply send photos on
WhatsApp. For the older person, there is nothing to operate and
nothing to learn.

3. Family members message @onkiframe on WhatsApp and send photos
That's it — photos arrive on the frame. Wi-Fi is all you need;
no extra hardware.

■ A photo frame that reads aloud
The frame reads each photo's caption out loud in a gentle voice,
along with a morning greeting and today's weather.
Unlike a TV, it simply keeps showing your family's photos all day.

■ No microphone — at all
This app does not request the microphone permission. There is no
recording and no voice data. Personal details such as names and
addresses are stored encrypted.

video (30 s per clip, 20 per month), read-aloud, voice messages
