1. Application for consolidation of uncollected funds: Customer uncollected funds refer to amounts that have not been claimed by depositors of an insolvent financial company. The Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation manages customers' unclaimed funds in an integrated manner and provides an active service to find uncollected funds through continuous promotion and guidance.
2. Error remittance return support: This is a service for recovering money sent in error. Erroneous remittances of 50,000 won or more and 10 million won or less that occurred after July 6, 2021 are eligible for support. However, from 2023, the scope of support will be expanded, and erroneous remittances of more than 10 million won and less than 50 million won that occur after January 1, 2023 can also use the system.
3. Application for career certificate: This is a service that helps with the issuance of career certificate/confirmation for former executives and employees of bankrupt financial companies managed by the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation.
4. Debt Settlement System: In the event that a financial company subject to deposit protection (bank, insurance company, investment trader/investment broker, comprehensive financial company, mutual savings bank, etc.) goes bankrupt, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation provides debt restructuring for the debtor's overdue loan. Support (this system has been in operation since 2001).
5. Application for Debt Certification: This is a service that helps in issuing debt certification/financial transaction information for bankrupt financial companies managed by the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation.
