Accumulation rates are 30% for youths aged 19–34, 30% for seniors aged 65 and older, 53% for low-income households, 30% for multi-child families of two, and 50% for families of three or more.
- (April 2026 – September 2026) Due to the implementation of a temporary policy, accumulation rates range from 50% to 83.3% depending on the type during staggered commuting hours*.
* Staggered commuting hours: 5:30–6:30, 9:00–10:00, 16:00–17:00, 19:00–20:00 (based on boarding time)
■ Unlimited refund for public transportation fares under 3,000 KRW! Standard Type!
- When using the service 15 times a month, unlimited refunds are provided for public transportation fares under 3,000 KRW, excluding amounts ranging from 30,000 KRW to 62,000 KRW depending on the type and region.
- Usage amounts of 3,000 KRW or more are not included. - (April 2026 ~ September 2026) 50% reduction in refund threshold amount due to temporary policy implementation

■ Unlimited refund for public transportation fares including amounts of 3,000 KRW or more! Standard Type!
- When used 15 times a month, we provide unlimited refunds on public transportation fares including amounts of 3,000 KRW or more, excluding amounts ranging from 65,000 KRW to 100,000 KRW depending on the type and region.
- Usage amounts of 3,000 KRW or more are included, but transactions made using methods not eligible for points accumulation on the Everyone's Card are not included.
- (April 2026 ~ September 2026) Refund threshold reduced by 50% due to temporary policy implementation

■ Final amount delivered to the card company on the 7th business day of the month following the accumulation month!
- Payment is made in the first month of subscription even if used less than 15 times, but starting from the month following subscription, points accumulated for fewer than 15 uses will expire.
- The final refund amount is delivered to the card company currently in use in accordance with the payment policy.
- Please be sure to check the actual payment date and method according to the credit, debit, and mobile payment policies of each card company.
- If you changed card companies while using the service, the entire amount will be delivered to the card company currently in use at the time of the final amount delivery.
