About this app

We will help you work smarter with long-term care insurance for the elderly.
This app is a pilot app and can only be used by some long-term care facility workers and recipients (guardians). Other users can use it after official distribution.

* Major changes
- To strengthen identity authentication, the login method will be changed to a certificate login method.
- Connection via Wi-Fi becomes possible.
- Provides mobile entry and electronic signature functions for program managers and social workers' work performance logs using electronic tag transmission.
- You will be able to visit the complex and receive the applied electronic tag through the mobile app.
- The ability to take and send photos of the electronic tag attachment location has been added.

* Key features for each user
1. Nursing home
- You can check today's service schedule through the app and enter and transmit service provision details through electronic tag start/end transmission.
- Before providing services, you can check the long-term care benefit provision plan for each recipient.
- You can check the contents of the visiting nursing order issued to the recipient.
- You can re-check the service provided information entered and transmitted by the user.
2. Service manager (social worker)
- You can check the service schedule and transmission status for each beneficiary contracted with your organization.
- You can visit today to view and manage beneficiaries for salary management.
- You can enter work performance logs for program managers and social workers and transmit the entered information, including electronic signatures.
- You can input and transmit the needs survey record and long-term care benefit provision result evaluation form.
3. Institutional manager (facility head)
- You can check the service schedule and transmission status for each beneficiary contracted with your organization.
- Facility managers and social workers can electronically sign their work performance logs.
4. Recipient (guardian)
- You can check today's service schedule and receive notifications of the actual service start and end times.
- You can check the contents of the service you received (mobile transmission history).
- You can consent to the long-term care benefit provision plan through an electronic signature.
