About this app

We will help you handle your Long-term Care Insurance duties more smartly.

This app is for pilot operation and is currently available only to staff at select long-term care facilities and beneficiaries (or their guardians). Other users will be able to use it after the official release.

* Major Changes

- The login method will be changed to a certificate-based system to strengthen identity verification.

- Wi-Fi connectivity will be available.

- Mobile input and electronic signature functions for work logs by program managers and social workers will be provided using electronic tag transmission.

- Users will be able to receive requested electronic tags via the mobile app by visiting the National Health Insurance Service office.

- A function to take and send photos of the electronic tag attachment location will be added.

* Key Features by User

1. Care Workers

- Users can check today's service schedule through the app and input and transmit service details via electronic tag start and end transmission.

- Users can check the long-term care benefit provision plan for each beneficiary before providing services. - You can check the contents of the visiting nursing instruction form issued to the beneficiary.

- You can view the service provision details entered and transmitted by the user.

2. Service Manager (Social Worker)

- You can check the service schedule and transmission status for each beneficiary contracted with your affiliated agency.

- You can view and manage the beneficiaries to be visited and receive benefit management for today.

- You can enter the Program Manager and Social Worker Work Log and transmit the entered content, including an electronic signature.

- You can enter and transmit Needs Assessment Records and Long-term Care Benefit Provision Result Evaluation Sheets.

3. Agency Manager (Facility Head)

- You can check the service schedule and transmission status for each beneficiary contracted with your affiliated agency.

- The Facility Head can electronically sign the Program Manager and Social Worker Work Log.

4. Beneficiary (Guardian)

- You can check today's service schedule and receive notifications at the actual service start and end times.

- You can view the details of the services you have received (mobile transmission history).

- You can process consent for long-term care benefit provision plans through electronic signatures.

App Access Permission Guide

[Required]

- Storage: Access to photos, media, and files is used to store certificates and check for OS tampering to enhance security.

[Optional]

- Location: In accordance with the Terms of Consent for the Use of Personal Information, this permission is required to collect location information at the time of electronic tag recognition for employees of long-term care institutions.

Location information is used only at the time the tag is recognized during app usage, and permission for this access permission is required for tag recognition.

- Phone: This is the permission to make phone calls, required to connect to the Customer Center when using the Customer Center shortcut button on the app's main screen.

- Camera: This function can be used for close-range and long-range shooting when a tag is attached.
