About this app

Pepper Savings Bank Smart Certification is an app service that allows you to quickly and safely use electronic signatures and online document submission services for loan agreements.

■ Main function
1. Electronic signature for loan agreement
2. Simple loan document submission through online document submission service
3. Search for Pepper loan account information

■ Loan information
Repayment period: Minimum 1 year ~ Maximum 30 years
Maximum annual interest rate: 19.9% ​​(interest rate for 1 year plus fees and other expenses included)
Example Loan Expenses: When repaying KRW 1 million at 10% per annum over 12 months in equal principal and interest installments, the total repayment amount is KRW 1,054,991.
(If the loan amount exceeds KRW 50 million, 50% of the stamp duty, and in the case of a mortgage loan, the cost of canceling the right to set up a mortgage, etc.)

■ Guide to App Permissions and Purposes
1. Phone (required): Customer center connection and device authentication
2. Save (required): Take a picture of your ID and attach a document file
3. Text message (required): Mobile phone authentication
4. Photo and video recording (optional): ID card recording
* Optional options are subject to consent at the time of need.
* If you do not allow the required authority, it is difficult to use the service.
* To reset the permission, delete and reinstall the app or change it in Settings> Application Management> Pepper Savings Bank App> Permissions.

■ Notes
1. Only Android OS 5.0 or higher is supported.
* If the OS version of the terminal is less than 5.0, please check if the operating system upgrade function is provided by the manufacturer of the terminal and use it after upgrading.
2. The limit inquiry/mobile loan service is only available on terminals equipped with a SIM card (sim card).
