Tapsim is a customer feedback and coupon management app designed for store owners. AI easily summarizes "Comments" (visit reviews) left by customers scanning QR codes in your store, and you can manage the issuance, use, and settlement of thank-you coupons (discounts and gifts) all through a single app.

■ AI Summarizes Customer Comments

When a customer scans your store's QR code and leaves a review online, Tapsim automatically collects the feedback, organizes it into "Good" and "Disappointing," and provides an AI summary. Check at a glance what your store does well and what needs attention.

■ Daily, Weekly, and Monthly AI Reports

We organize reports on customer reaction trends, signals not to be missed, thematic analysis, and even "Top Priority Actions." It is a practical dashboard for store owners that can be used immediately for service improvement.

■ Process Store Coupons with a Single QR Scan

Scan the QR code of a coupon given to a customer with your camera to process it for use immediately. It automatically distinguishes between used and expired coupons to prevent double usage.

■ Product Configuration by Tier and Store Management

Organize store coupons by tier and instantly share store-specific QR codes or links via text, social media, or announcements. You can also manage multiple stores by switching between them.

■ Settlement All on One Screen

Check the total amount of used coupons as well as the number of unused and expired coupons all on a single screen.

■ User Guide

· You can sign up directly in the app — all you need is your mobile phone number, name, store name, and a 6-digit PIN.

· If your store is already registered, you can join using an invitation code received from the owner.

· Log in using your mobile phone number and a 6-digit PIN.
