About this app

Annyeong Naejip Inspection Management is a professional app for field inspectors of the housing inspection service 'Annyeong Naejip'.

This app is exclusively for inspectors and employees contracted with Annyeong Naejip, and requires logging in with a company-issued account to use. It is not an app for general consumers.

■ Key Features

1. Field Inspection Record

- Directly input results for each inspection item—such as visual inspection, equipment (thermal imaging) inspection, flatness, radon, and slope—on-site.

- Quickly record items such as space, location, and defect type using a selection method.

2. Taking Inspection Photos and Marking

- Attach photos to the inspection record by taking pictures with the camera or selecting them from the album.

- Use the built-in image editor to mark the location of defects with a circular mark.

- Supports moving, resizing, and deleting markings, as well as zooming in and out of images, to accurately mark the location of defects.

3. Transmit Inspection Results

- Transmit the completed inspection record and photos to the server.

- Check the input content via a preview before transmission.

- The transmitted results are used to create inspection reports. 4. Checking Reports

- You can download and view reports for completed inspections within the app.

- This app is intended for internal business use and does not provide a separate membership registration feature.

- For account issuance and usage inquiries, please contact the number below.

■ App Access Permissions (Optional Permissions)

- Camera: Used to take photos of inspections.

- Photos/Media: Used to attach photos stored on the device to inspection records.

Consent for optional permissions is requested when using the corresponding function; however, even if you do not grant permission, you can still use functions other than attaching photos.
