Semi-Auto gathers all the records necessary for store operations—including checklists, attendance, orders, settlements, and expiration dates—into a single app.

It automatically handles aggregation and notifications, allowing the store owner to simply check the results.

Since headquarters administrators, store owners, and store managers view screens appropriate to their respective authority,

even if you operate multiple stores, you can grasp the overall status on a single screen.

· Photo Checklist

Check the status without visiting the store. It requires you to take a photo for each inspection item and automatically aggregates performance rates by shift and week.

· Attendance Verification — GPS · WiFi · Photo

Select the method that best suits your specific store situation. GPS records only within the store's radius, while WiFi verifies when connected to the store network. There is also a method that automatically reads and records the time if you attach a photo displaying the time. Late arrivals and absences are automatically tallied.

· Order Request · Settlement

When you select a request from the standard items organized by headquarters, the category is automatically filled in.

The entire process, from request to approval, receiving confirmation, and settlement, is handled in a single workflow, and urgent items are immediately forwarded to the manager as emergency requests.

A record is kept of who requested what and when.

· Expiration Date Management

Registering item expiration dates automatically notifies you of products nearing expiration and those requiring disposal,

reducing waste losses. You can register and download data all at once via Excel.

Share store issues along with photos. Headquarters notices can be issued to multiple branches at once, pinned to the top of the list, and track who has viewed them.

· WiFi Information (Optional) — Used to verify the connected network in stores that authenticate clock-in/clock-out via WiFi.

· Notifications (Optional) — Used to receive announcements, urgent requests, and notifications regarding approaching expiration dates.

Even if you do not grant permissions, you can still use the basic functions of the app, excluding those specific features.
