근로계약서와 출퇴근 기록을 개선했습니다.

- 회사가 보낸 근로계약서를 앱에서 바로 확인하고, 정보 입력과 서명까지 할 수 있습니다. (프로필 > 내 근로계약서)
- 관리자는 앱에서 계약서를 작성해 보내고 템플릿을 편집할 수 있습니다.
- 출퇴근 버튼을 누른 시각이 즉시 기록됩니다. 네트워크 인증이 늦어져도 시각이 밀리지 않습니다.
- 투표·설문 기능이 추가되었습니다. 투표, 설문, 확인·서명, 참석 확인을 만들고 결과를 볼 수 있습니다.
- 알림에서 결재·연차 화면으로 들어가면 최신 상태가 바로 표시됩니다.
- 근무시간 계산을 정정했습니다. 유급휴일·주휴수당·휴게시간이 더 정확하게 반영됩니다.
