the app makes sure that there is absolutely no scope of last minute cancellation by giving you constant reminders and confirmations. I've sed the app multiple times for appointments at home and I've had a great experience with it.

Downloaded the app to get a home visit for my 80 year old father after he fell. No one responded. Deleting the app and not recommended at all. This is posted 3 days after with no communication whatsoever.

Nothing beats the personal attention of a face to face but if that is not possible that is great alternative, if not for this app and services u would probably still be dealing with the same issue that I have been for almost a year.
