■ Your phone camera is the scanner
No handheld terminal to buy. Scan a barcode or QR code to record inbound, outbound and stocktaking right where you are. When a barcode also carries a shelf number or lot code, scan rules extract just the item code (SKU). The same inventory is there from a PC browser.

■ Stock moves in just five ways
- Inbound — purchases and returns, keeping client and unit cost
- Outbound — sales, use and disposal, with selling price for gross profit
- Move — change location, lot or expiry date within a site
- Adjustment — enter the plus or minus for damage and loss
- Stocktaking — enter the counted quantity and the difference is applied automatically
Register work as scheduled and everything you are waiting to receive or ship appears in one list; stock updates the moment you mark it complete.

■ Know where every item sits
Keep inventory separate per site (warehouse, store) while one product master stays shared across the team. Go finer with location (shelf, room, floor), lot number and expiry date — so FIFO is easy and lot-level tracing is ready for recalls in food, cosmetics and medical supplies.

■ Stock alerts prevent shortages and waste
Set a minimum and maximum per product and low stock, overstock, expired and expiring items are detected automatically. Reorder on time, and use stock up before it expires.

■ Purchase orders, delivery notes, picking lists, shipping CSV
Create a purchase order PDF from an inbound task, and a delivery note PDF and picking list PDF from an outbound one. Pick the issue date, tax treatment and honorific and it is ready to send. Outbound tasks also export shipping-label CSV for major Japanese carriers, and you can print barcode labels.

■ Cost, gross profit, ABC analysis — and AI
Pick moving-average or standard costing and stock value and gross profit are calculated for you. Reports aggregate monthly inbound and outbound counts, amounts and gross profit, with charts by date and by product, plus ABC analysis of outbound results that shows which products deserve attention. AI then analyzes how things changed over a period and suggests what to do next (AI data analysis is available on eligible plans). For how-to questions, the in-app AI assistant answers 24/7.

■ Switch from spreadsheets in minutes
Import Excel workbooks (.xlsx, .xlsm) and CSV files exactly as they are, and export back to the same formats, so migrating products, stock, clients and history takes minutes. Add your own fields (text, number, date, barcode) for colors, sizes or control numbers.

■ Made for teams and multiple sites
Invite members and divide the work with admin, member and viewer roles. Every entry shows up on everyone's screen in real time, so there is no double entry and no waiting, and task history records who did what and when.
