unprofessional costumer service (birthday party) the bqckdrop theme was very late (party already started) and in a bad condition and not similar to the picture at the app also the rules of the birthday place was not listed, and there was a miscommunication between the app and the renting place.

The app is very neat looking, everything is easy to find. A nice varity of products; not too much that you would get lost, and not too little that you won't find what you're looking for. The delivery arrangments are very convenient to me. I like it 👍🏻

Worst customer service ever. Many times i order and pay then receiving the order with missing items. It is very simple if you don't have an item just don't place it in the app!
