I can't pay anything using this app because it keeps showing a message saying the information I entered is not correct (정보 불일치). I am 100% sure I entered everything correctly but the field that is asking for the ARC number only lets me input the first number. Not sure if that is the reason but it just never works. So frustrating and useless. I can't buy anything online because of this and I expected better from an app that is required for virtually everything. Also asks for countless extensions

Incredibly difficult to understand and use... everything is in Korean and you cannot take screenshots of any page to get translated. Have been completely unable to use it or purchase anything. Seems designed in order to make foreigners lives in Korea even more difficult.

켰는데 어느순간부터 그냥 시작화면에서 멈추네요. 어쩔수없이 지웠다 다시 깔긴하는데 그렇게 행복하진않네요. 찢어지길 간절히 바라고있습니다. 다른 결제수단 활발하게 알아볼게요 치킨딜 놓쳤거든요. At some point it just started stopping at the beginning of the screen. I'm re-installing it because I have no other payment methods but I wanna say that I'm not particularly excited about using this garbage. As a matter of fact I'll probably start looking for other options eagerly. Just lost a great opportunity on a fried chicken deal.
