Ratings and reviews

Bento has a good app. However, Bento Is mediocre at delivery and will often let your food sit for 30 minutes at the restaurant before they pick it up. Unfortunately, you're better off picking it up yourself.

My experience was fantastic. I was able to track my order the second it was placed and my food came within minutes of my order being ready. The driver was extremely professional and waited even though I initially didn't hear when he arrived. My food was still when I got it. I'd give Bento 10 stars if I could.

This app doesn't allow you to order if you are a certain distance away from the restaurant. Very confusing as I thought the app was meant to make ordering food anywhere on Island easy and hassle-free. Disappointed
