# The Kyuden Eco app is an app that allows My Kyuden members who have a contract with Kyushu Electric Power to take on eco-friendly challenges and earn points in a game-like manner.
*This app can only be used by those who meet all of the following conditions ① through ④.
You can check whether you meet the conditions by installing the app and logging in.
1. Be a member of Kyushu Electric Power's member website, "My Kyushu Electric Power."
2. Register only one electricity contract in your membership information.
3. The registered electricity contract has a smart meter installed (we can obtain 30-minute meter reading data).
*Some smart meters cannot obtain real-time 30-minute meter reading data, so you may not be able to use this app.
4. The registered electricity contract has an eligible rate plan (*).
*Eligible rate plans: "Smart Family Plan," "Electric Night Select," "Ohisama Daytime Special Plan," "Seasonal Lighting," "Meter-Based Lighting B," and "JAL Denki B."

Q. How can I participate in the Energy Saving Challenge, Save Money, and Eco Challenge (Use Challenge)?
A. You will receive a notification in the app informing you of the challenge. Simply click the "Participate" button. Even if you miss the notification, you can still participate from the "Eco Challenge" screen in the app as long as the challenge deadline is still within.
Q. What should I do to save energy?
A. Please conserve energy yourself by setting your air conditioning temperature closer to the outdoor temperature and turning off lights when you go out. However, please be careful not to suffer from heatstroke or poor health due to excessive energy conservation.
Q. What should I do to shift my electricity usage in the Save Money and Eco Challenge (Use Challenge)?
A. Do laundry and ironing at designated times instead of the usual time.
If you own an electric water heater or electric vehicle and usually use (charge) it at night, shift your electricity usage from nighttime to the designated time.

- For customers with electrified electricity and Night Select or seasonal lighting, please note that shifting your electricity bill may result in a higher electricity bill.
- For electric water heaters and electric vehicles, if we ask you to change your electricity usage (charging) times and you shift your electricity usage accordingly*, the difference in unit price between day and night will be reflected in your points.
*This applies to customers who select "I own an electric vehicle (EV/PHEV)" as the "Vehicle type" in the "Electric Equipment Information Registration" section of the app, or who select "Electric water heater" and select "Can be done with remote control" for "Reheating electric water heater."
Q. How can I use my points?
A. Participation and challenge success rewards will be awarded as "PayPay Points." Simply tap "Charge" by the charge deadline to complete the charge to your "PayPay account."
Q. How can I succeed in the Energy Saving Challenge and the Eco Challenge (Use Challenge)?
A. The Energy Saving Challenge is considered successful if you reduce your electricity consumption by 0.01 kWh or more from the target set based on your past electricity usage. The Use-It-Yourself Eco Challenge (Use Challenge) is considered successful if you increase your electricity consumption by 0.01 kWh or more from the target set based on your past electricity usage.
The targets were set based on the "Guidelines for Energy Resource Aggregation Business" established by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy.
